Ingredients:
4 eggs
¼ cup water
¼ cup chopped coriander
4 green chillies- finely chopped
½ tsp Supreme Cumin Powder
½ tsp Supreme Coriander Powder
¼ tsp Supreme Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Supreme Ginger Garlic paste
Salt to taste
Oil
Sliced brioche bread
Mint chutney
Chilli sauce
Coriander leaves
Sliced red chillies
Method:
Add eggs, water, coriander, green chillies, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and salt into a wide dish. Whisk until well combined.
Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat. Fully dip the brioche slices in the egg mixture then gently place in the pan. Cook over medium heat until golden on both sides. Repeat with remaining brioche slices. Serve with mint chutney and chilli sauce and garnish with sliced red chillies and coriander leaves.
