Patra Wraps



1 supreme Patra Tin mild/hot, finely chopped 

1 medium onion, finely chopped

¼ cup oil

1 tbsp Supreme Mustard Seeds 

5 Supreme Curry Leaves 


Sliced lettuce


Chilli sauce



Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add oil and once heated add mustard seeds. Stir once then once they start to splutter add onions and curry leaves. Stir well and cook until onions begin to  soften. Now add chopped patra, stir well and cook for 5 minutes or until golden. 

Make the wraps: lightly heat the wraps in a pan so that they are pliable. 

Lay the wrap down then spread a generous layer of hummus. Then add lettuce then some of the patra filling. Lastly, drizzle some of your favourite chilli sauce. Tuck in the sides of the wrap then roll up. Return back to the pan, seal side down and toast on all sides. Serve hot or at room temperature.
