5 in 1 Cutlets



1 cup chicken breast, cut into small pieces
30g butter
Salt to taste
3 tbsp minced green chillies
1 tbsp Supreme Ginger Garlic Paste
1 cup boiled potatoes, then mashed
¾ cup dried spaghetti (broken into small pieces) boiled until al-dente
1 cup sliced spring onions
1 cup grated cheddar
Supreme Breadcrumbs


Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken, butter, green chillies, ginger garlic paste and salt. Stir and cook until cooked through and excess moisture has evaporated then set aside. In the meantime boil potatoes and spaghetti in salted water (separately) then drain. In a large bowl, mash the potatoes until smooth then add cooked chicken, spaghetti, spring onions and grated cheese. Mix together so all ingredients are evenly distributed. Check seasoning then set aside to cool. Once cooled, use a ¼ cup measuring tool to scoop out even amounts of mixture. Roll into balls then flatten to create cutlets/patties. Dip in whisked eggs and then coat in breadcrumbs. At this point you can freeze the 5 in one cutlets. To cook, shallow fry in hot oil until golden brown & cooked through.
