
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Supreme Gram Flour
1 large sweetcorn tin, drained
Âľ cup waterÂ
2 tsp baking powderÂ
½ tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
ÂĽ tsp Supreme Cayenne Pepper
2 tbsp chopped coriander
Salt to tasteÂ
4 tbsp oilÂ
Sliced green onions and coriander for garnish
METHOD
Add flour, baking powder, Black Pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, sweetcorn and chopped coriander into a large bowl. Gradually whisk in Âľ cup water to form a smooth batter. Set the batter aside and let it rest for 7-10 minutes. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add 2 tbsp of oil. Once hot, fry spoonfuls of the batter for 2 minutes on each side until golden. Garnish with spring onions and coriander and serve.
