INGREDIENTS
8 Punjabi Samosas, fried (find the recipe on our website)
500g greek yogurt
¼ cup milk
3 tbsp sugar
2 ½ tbsp Supreme Chaat Masala
1 red onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
Handful of coriander, finely chopped
Tamarind sauce, thinned down with water if needed,(find the recipe on our website)
Chilli and garlic Chutney, (find the recipe on our website)
Mint and coriander Chutney, (find the recipe on our website)
1 tin Supreme Chickpeas
Sev
Boondi
METHOD
In a bowl mix together yogurt, milk, sugar, chaat masala and set aside.
To assemble; break samosas and place on a serving plate with desired amount of chickpeas, yogurt, boondi, tamarind chutney, chilli and garlic chutney, mint and coriander chutney, sev, chopped red onions, chopped tomatoes and chopped coriander. If you wish, continue to build layers with the toppings. Serve immediately.
