Labneh topped with Figs, Honey, Pistachios & Thyme

INGREDIENTS

1kg full fat Greek yogurt
Pinch of salt
⅓ cup honey
3-4 figs, sliced
¼ cup Supreme Plain Pistachios, roughly chopped
Thyme leaves
Pitta/ Arabic bread

METHOD

Line a fine mesh sieve with muslin/cheesecloth or good quality kitchen paper, then place a bowl under the sieve (make sure there is a few inches between the sieve and base of the bowl). Pour the yogurt and salt into the cloth/paper, cover the top with plastic wrap and place in the fridge to strain for 24 hours. Remove yogurt from the refrigerator and transfer into a bowl and give it a good whip. Transfer onto a serving platter. Make swirls and top with figs, honey, chopped pistachios & thyme.
