Tandoori Kataifi Chicken Tenders



10 chicken tenders
2 tbsp oil
⅓ cup yogurt
¼ cup Supreme Tandoori Masala
1 tbsp Supreme Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 tsp Supreme Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt to taste
200g kataifi pastry
Oil to shallow fry
Chopped coriander to garnish


In a bowl mix together oil, yogurt, tandoori masala, Kashmiri chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt to taste. Add chicken tenders and mix well so chicken is coated well in the marinade. Cover and marinate in the fridge overnight. Remove from the fridge then take pieces of kataifi pastry and wrap around the chicken tenders. Repeat with remaining chicken and pastry. Heat enough oil to shallow fry over medium heat. Fry chicken in batches until golden and cooked through. Drain on kitchen paper. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
