Honey Chilli Chips

INGREDIENTS

500g chips, fried until cooked through and golden
2 tbsp oil
½ tsp Supreme Minced Garlic
5-6 Supreme whole Red Chillies
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup chilli sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp honey
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Supreme Seeds and extra for garnish
2 spring onions, finely sliced
½ tsp Supreme Chilli Flakes

METHOD

In a bowl mix together ketchup, chilli sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, salt and chilli flakes and set aside. Heat a oil in a wok over medium heat. Add garlic and whole chillies and stirring constantly fry for 1 minute. Then increase temperature to high, add the sauce mix and cook until the sauce has thickened. Add the fried chips and sesame seeds and mix well until chips are evenly coated in the sauce. Remove from heat, garnish with sliced spring onions and sesame seeds and serve immediately.
