Swedish Meatballs



400g beef mince
½ tsp Supreme Cinnamon Powder
½ tsp Supreme Nutmeg Powder
½ tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
Salt to taste
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 egg, whisked
3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp wholegrain mustard
1 tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
Salt to taste
2 cups double cream
3 tbsp oil

Chopped parsley


To a mixing bowl, add beef, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, coarse black pepper, chopped onion, chopped parsley, salt, breadcrumbs and egg, and mix well. Using a tbsp measuring spoon, scoop the beef mix into your palms and roll into balls. Place a large frying pan over medium-high heat, add oil and meatballs and cook turning continuously until brown on each side and cooked throughout. Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in Worcestershire sauce, wholegrain mustard, black pepper, double cream and salt. Stir well and simmer until sauce has thickened. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with creamy mash potatoes and lingonberry or cranberry sauce.
