Creamy Mushroom Bake



400g small button mushrooms
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
1 tbsp Supreme Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Supreme Onion Powder
Salt to taste
1 ½ tbsp minced garlic
2 ½ tbsp chopped parsley
1 cup double cream
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
200g grated mozzarella


Melt butter & oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and minced garlic and cook, stirring occasionally until tender. Stir in double cream, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened. Stir in chopped parsley and pour into oven proof dish and top with mozzarella place under a grill and bake until cheese has melted. Serve immediately with with your choice over toasted bread.
