Shish Taouk



1.4 kg chicken breast, cut 1-2 inch chunks
1 ½ cup greek yogurt
2 tbsp sumac
3 tbsp Supreme Paprika Powder
1 ½ tbsp Supreme Garlic Paste
½ tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
¼ cup Zaytuna Olive Oil
3 tbsp Premium Finest Tomato Paste
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste


In a bowl, mix together, greek yogurt, sumac, paprika powder, garlic paste, olive oil, tomato paste, lemon juice and salt. Add chicken breast and mix well ensuring chicken is coated well. Cover and marinate in the fridge for up to 4 hours or overnight. Thread the chicken pieces onto metal skewers, pressing the pieces up against each other. Grill the chicken skewers on a preheated bbq, until the chicken is cooked through and golden. Serve the shish tawook with flatbreads, grilled vegetables, salads, and dips/ sauces of your choice.
