Ingredients:
800g chicken breast
½ cup oil
⅓ cup Supreme Tandoori Masala
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp Supreme Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt if needed
Large baguette, cut into small portions
1 whole flat lettuce
1 large red onion, peeled & sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
1 cup mint chutney
Method:
Add oil, tandoori masala, yogurt, ginger garlic paste and salt (if needed) into a bowl. Mix well then add chicken breast and mix together so that the chicken is coated well in the marinade.
Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until the chicken is fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly. Add the cooked and slightly cooled chicken onto a large chopping board along with lettuce, red onion and cucumber. Take a sharp knife and chop everything really well. Add the mint chutney Then continue to chop again and mix together so everything is incorporated. Scoop up the mixture and pile onto the baguette.
