INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup double cream
½ cup milk
5 Supreme Cardamom pods, lightly crushed
2 tbsp brown sugar
150g quality dark chocolate, chopped
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
METHOD
Set a pot over low/medium heat, add milk, cream, Supreme Cardamom pods, brown sugar and bring to a low simmer. Add in the chopped chocolate, vanilla extract and continue to stir until chocolate has completely melted and has slightly thickened. Strain, serve with whipped cream and enjoy whilst it’s hot.
