INGREDIENTS
1 avocados, destoned and flesh removed
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
½ tsp Supreme Chilli Flakes
¼ tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
Supreme Chilli Flakes
Supreme Sesame Seeds
Supreme Nigella Seeds
2 slices of seeded bread, toasted
2 Poached egg
METHOD
Add avocado, lime juice, salt, chilli flakes and coarse black pepper into a bowl and mash together. Spread the mashed avocado on toast and place poached egg on top. Sprinkle with chilli flakes, sesame seeds and nigella seeds. Serve immediately.
