
Ingredients:
1 cup Supreme Chakki AttaÂ
1 cup finely chopped vegetablesÂ
1 tsp dried mixed herbsÂ
1 tsp Supreme Garlic PowderÂ
1 tsp Supreme Cayenne Pepper PowderÂ
1 tsp Supreme Smoked Paprika PowderÂ
½ tsp Supreme Coarse Black PepperÂ
Salt to tasteÂ
1 tbsp baking powderÂ
1 cup milk
1 large eggÂ
ÂĽ cup melted butter
Method:Â
Add all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and whisk until well combined. Set the batter aside for 15 minutes. Heat a non-stick pan over low-medium heat. Once heated add tablespoons of batter onto the pan. Cook until golden and bubbles appear on the surface. Flip with a spatula, and cook until golden brown on the other side. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve with greek yogurt and sweet chilli sauce.Â
