Mini Savoury Pancakes

Ingredients:
1 cup Supreme Chakki Atta 
1 cup finely chopped vegetables 
1 tsp dried mixed herbs 
1 tsp Supreme Garlic Powder 
1 tsp Supreme Cayenne Pepper Powder 
1 tsp Supreme Smoked Paprika Powder 
½ tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper 
Salt to taste 
1 tbsp baking powder 
1 cup milk
1 large egg 
ÂĽ cup melted butter

Method: 
Add all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and whisk until well combined. Set the batter aside for 15 minutes. Heat a non-stick pan over low-medium heat. Once heated add tablespoons of batter onto the pan. Cook until golden and bubbles appear on the surface. Flip with a spatula, and cook until golden brown on the other side. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve with greek yogurt and sweet chilli sauce.
