Iced Rose Matcha

Ingredients: 
1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder 
2 tbsp warm water 
2 tbsp Supreme Rose Syrup 
Handful of ice 
Milk of your choice 

Method:
Sift matcha powder into a small bowl. Add ½ tbsp of warm water and whisk for 15-20 seconds until smooth. Add remaining water and whisk vigorously for 20-30 seconds until frothy.
Add rose syrup into the glass along with a handful of ice. Pour in milk until almost full, then pour the matcha on top.
