1 Supreme Curried Chickpeas TinÂ
2 packets 4 inch puff pastry squaresÂ
200g grated mozzarellaÂ
1 egg yolk- whiskedÂ
Method:Â
Preheat the oven at 180°c.Â
Place the puff pastry squares on a clean surface. Add a heaped tablespoon of curried chickpeas in the middle then followed by a small handful of grated mozzarella. Brush the edges with water and place another puff pastry square on top. Lightly press the edges together then use a fork to seal the edges. Place a couple of cuts on top of the pasties. Place the pasties on a lined baking tray and brush the tops with whisked egg yolk. Bake the pasties for 20-25 minutes or until cooked and golden. Serve hot.Â
