1 Supreme Curried Chickpeas TinÂ
Bread- toastedÂ
Butter
Chopped corianderÂ
Method:
Heat the chickpeas:Â
Empty the curried chickpeas tin into a saucepan. Add ÂĽ cup of water into the tin and swirl to collect the remaining masala and add to the chickpeas. Mix well and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Butter the toasted bread, then top with curried chickpeas. Garnish with chopped coriander and serveÂ
