
Ingredients
Fries:
1 kg potatoes- cut into fries
¼ cup oil
Salt to taste
1tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
Chicken:
650g chicken breast- cut into ½ inch pieces
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp Supreme Garlic Paste
1 tsp Supreme Ginger Paste
3 tbsp Supreme Chaat Masala
Salt to taste
Dahi:
1 cup yogurt
¼ milk
1tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Supreme Chaat Masala
Other ingredients:
½ cup red onions- peeled & finely chopped
½ cup tomatoes – finely chopped
⅓ cup coriander- finely chopped
¼ cup pomegranate seeds
1 tin supreme tinned chickpeas- drained
½ cup tamarind sauce (recipe on website)
¼ green chutney (recipe on website)

Method
Fries: Preheat the oven at 180°c
Add all ingredients for the fries into a large bowl and mix until well combined. Add the fries onto a lined baking tray and bake for 30- 35 minutes until or until golden and cooked through.
Dahi: Add all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk until smooth
Chicken: Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add oil, chicken, salt, garlic paste, and ginger paste. Mix well and cook until excess water has evaporated. Now add chaat masala and stir until well combined. Cook for 4-5 minutes then remove from heat.
Layer in the following order:
Fries
Chicken
Chickpeas
Dahi
Tamarind sauce
Green chutney
Tomatoes
Red onions
Sev
Pomegranate seeds
Coriander
Serve immediately.
