Ingredients: 
Aloo chana: 
1.2 kg white potatoes- peeled & boiled 
2 Supreme Kala Chana Tins 
⅓ cup red onions- finely chopped 
½ cup coriander- finely chopped 
1 tbsp Supreme Chaat Masala 
Salt if needed

Dahi: 
1 ½ cup yogurt 
¾ cup milk 
1 tbsp sugar 
1 tbsp Supreme Chaat Masala 
Salt to taste

Toppings: 
1 cup red onions- finely chopped 
½ cup coriander- finely chopped 
½ cup tomatoes- finely chopped 
Pomegranate seeds 
Nylon sev 
Tamarind sauce (recipe on the website)
Green chutney (recipe on the website) 
Puri 

Method: 
Aloo chana:
Add the boiled potatoes, Kala chana and chaat masala into a bowl. Mash together using a potato masher. Add red onions and coriander and mix until well combined. Check seasoning and add salt if needed. 

Dahi: 
Add all the ingredients for the dahi into a bowl and whisk together until smooth

Layer the chaat on a large board in the following order:
Aloo chana 
Dahi 
Green chutney 
Tamarind sauce 
Sev
Chopped red onions 
Chopped tomatoes 
Pomegranate seeds 
Chopped coriander 
Sev

Place Puri around the chaat and serve.
