INGREDIENTS
1 Supreme chickpeas tin, drained
¼ cup water
2 garlic cloves
Juice of 1 large lemon
3 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
¼ cup Zaytuna Olive Oil
2 tbsp Supreme Special Chana Masala
Salt to taste (if needed)
Garnish:
Zaytuna Olive oil
Supreme Cumin Powder
Supreme Kashmiri Chilli Powder
Chopped coriander leaves
METHOD
Heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chana masala, cook for a few minutes then add to a food processor along with all the other ingredients. Blend and scrape down the sides until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and use the back of a spoon to make a swirl. Drizzle with olive oil and top with Kashmiri chilli powder, cumin powder and chopped coriander. Serve chilled with pita chips.
