Sweet Chilli & Onion Puff Pastry Tart



1 large red onion, sliced 
Supreme Sweet Chilli Chutney 
Olive oil
1 packet (8) Puff pastry squares 
Egg wash or milk 
Chopped coriander 


Preheat the oven at 180°c. Line the baking tray with baking parchment and set aside. Drizzle a little olive oil onto the baking tray in the places where you’re going to place the pastry. Next, lay the sliced onion on the oil. Now add a teaspoon of sweet chilli chutney on top of the onion. Lastly, place the puff pastry on top. Repeat with the remaining pastry. Go around each pastry tart with a fork making indentations around the edges.Brush each tart with the egg wash/ milk  and then bake for 25 mins or until golden. Remove from the oven allow them to cool for a few minutes and then using a spatula flip the puff pastry over. Sprinkle some salt and chopped coriander then serve.
