Chilli & Garlic Prawn Rolls



1 pkt Jumbo Peeled King Prawns
2 tsp Supreme Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Supreme Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Butter, melted
Salt to taste
Juice of ½ a Lemon
3 tbsp Parsley, finely chopped
Samosa Sheets, cut in half

Flour Paste:
½ cup Plain Flour
¼ cup Water
In a bowl, add prawns, chilli flakes, garlic powder, melted butter, salt, lemon juice, chopped parsley and salt, mix well and set aside. Make flour paste by mixing flour and water together until you have a thick consistency. To fill the rolls lay the samosa sheet and lay a prawn near the bottom of the sheet. Brush the top with flour paste, then fold in ½ an inch of the sheet on one side and roll tightly towards the top and seal end with flour paste. Repeat with remaining sheets and prawns. To cook, deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
