INGREDIENTS
2 cups grated cheddar & mozzarella
2 tbsp dried chives
1 tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
1 tbsp Supreme Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Supreme Onion Powder
1 egg beaten with a pinch of salt
1 sheet of ready rolled puff pastry, thawed
METHOD
Preheat the oven at 180°c. In a bowl mix together cheese, dried chives, coarse black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Spread the cheese mix evenly over half of the puff pastry. Then fold the other half over so the cheese is now covered. Cut the pastry into 1 cm wide strips. Twist the strips slightly and place onto an oven tray lined with baking paper. Repeat with remaining twists. Using a brush, lightly brush the twists with beaten egg. Place into the preheated oven and cook for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
