INGREDIENTS
1kg good quality beef mince (80/20 ratio)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
¼ cup chopped coriander leaves
½ cup Supreme Hot/Mild Seekh Kebab Masala
½ cup oil
METHOD
Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Take 2 tbsp of mixture and gently wrap around medium wooden skewers to form kebabs or shape as desired. At this point you can freeze them. Pan fry or air fry at 200°c for 6-7 minutes.
