Ingredients:
30 wings (tips)
¼ cup oil
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp Supreme Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Supreme Onion Powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Supreme Cayenne Pepper Powder
1 tbsp Supreme Smoked Paprika Powder
2 tbsp potato/corn flour
30g butter
½ cup sriracha sauce
¼ cup honey
2 tbsp Supreme Garlic Paste
Salt to taste
Garnish:
Spring onions, sliced
Method:
Preheat the oven at 180°c. Add the chicken wings, oil, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt to taste, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika and potato/corn flour into a large mixing bowl. Mix well so that the wings are coated well. Arrange wings on the rack of the prepared baking tray. Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then turn the wings and continue baking for 20 minutes. Turn the wings again and bake until the wings are browned and crispy, about 10 minutes more. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add butter and once melted and garlic paste and saute for 1-2 minutes then add honey, sriracha and salt. Stir well and cook until the sauce thickens. Add the baked chicken wings and toss until the wings are coated evenly in the sauce. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
