Lemon Butter Fish



4 fillets of sea bream fish, with skin left on one side
1tbsp oil
½ cup finely chopped coriander
1 tbsp Supreme Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Supreme Paprika Powder
Zest & juice of 1 Lemon
Zest & juice of 1 Lime
Salt to taste
1 lime, sliced


In a bowl mix together: oil, chopped coriander, chilli flakes, paprika powder, lemon juice & zest, lime juice & zest and salt. And fish fillets and gently coat each fillet in the marinade. Place fish fillets and lime on the grill of a preheated barbecue skin side down, and spoon over remaining marinade. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side and serve immediately.
