Roasted Cauliflower Steak

INGREDIENTS

1 large head cauliflower, sliced lengthwise through the core into 4 ‘steaks’
¼ cup oil
2 tbsp Supreme Tandoori Masala

METHOD

Preheat oven to 200°c and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl whisk together oil and Tandoori Masala. Place cauliflower steaks on the prepared baking sheet and generously brush mixture all over. Roast cauliflower steaks in the preheated oven for 10minutes. Gently turn over each steak and continue to cook for another 10 minutes or until tender and golden. Serve immediately with vegan mint chutney and salad.
