INGREDIENTS
1 can of tuna, drained
⅓ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp coarse black pepper
½ tsp Supreme Chilli Flakes
1 spring onion finely sliced
Slices of your favourite bread
Mozzarella slices
Pinch of salt
Spring onion to garnish
METHOD
Lightly toast both sides of the bread. In a bowl, mix together tuna, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, chilli flakes, salt and spring onions. Preheat the grill. Spread the tuna mixture on the lightly toasted bread. Top with sliced mozzarella then place under a hot grill until the cheese melts. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve immediately.
