2 tbsp oilÂ
ÂĽ cup Supreme Traditional Tandoori MasalaÂ
1 tsp Supreme Ginger Garlic PasteÂ
1 cup strained Greek yogurtÂ
Salt to tasteÂ
200g paneer, cut into cubesÂ

METHOD
In a bowl, mix together oil, tandoori masala, ginger garlic paste, strained Greek yogurt and salt to taste (if needed). Add paneer, onions and peppers. Gently mix together to coat evenly. Set aside and marinade in the fridge for 2 hours. Preheat the oven at 230°c and remove the marinated paneer and veggies out of the fridge.
Take skewers and add paneer, onion and peppers, alternating with each other.Â
Arrange the prepared skewers on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Place in the oven and bake for 12 minutes then 2-3 minutes under a hot grill to add a little charr.Â
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve the lemon wedges.Â
