INGREDIENTS
500g chicken thigh mince
2 tbsp Supreme Garlic Paste
1 tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
Salt to taste
½ cup potato starch
1 cup Supreme Hot & Spicy Chicken Fry Mix
1 cup soda water
Oil to deep fry
METHOD
Add chicken mince, garlic paste, coarse black pepper and salt to taste into a good processor and process until smooth and well combined.
Wet your hands with water and take small amounts of mince and shape into nuggets then place on a lined tray. Repeat with remaining mince then place the nuggets in the freezer for 2 hours. Heat oil over medium heat and remove the nuggets from the freezer. ln a bowl, combine hot and spicy mix and soda water to make a batter. First coat the nuggets in potato start then dip in the batter and gently add to the hot oil. Fry on both sides until golden and cooked through. Repeat with remaining and serve.
