Festive Punch

INGREDIENTS

2 cups water
4 Supreme Cassia Quills
6 Supreme Star Aniseed
1 large orange, sliced
3 cans of ginger beer
1 lt cranberry Juice
1 lt orange Juice
2 cups tropical juice
Handful of fresh mint
1 cup fresh cranberries
2 lt lemonade
Juice of 2 lemons
Ice

METHOD

Add 2 cups of water, cassia quills and star aniseed to a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Boil for 10 minutes then remove from heat and cool. Pour the cooled water (including the spices), orange slices, ginger beer, cranberry juice, orange juice, tropical juice, fresh cranberries and lemon juice into a punch bowl and stir. When ready to serve, add ice to the punch and pour in the lemonade. Stir and sprinkle in fresh mint leaves.
