2 tbsp Zaytuna Olive Oil
1 cup finely chopped carrots
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Premium Finest Tomato Paste
1 tin Supreme Chopped Tomato Tin
1 ½ Lt chicken/ vegetable stock
¾ cup elbow macaroni
1 tin Supreme Cannellini Beans
1 cup finely sliced savoy cabbage
Chopped chives


Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add chopped carrots, chopped onions and chopped celery, sauté until soft. Add black pepper and garlic paste, cook for 1-2 minutes then add tomato paste, cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add chopped tomato tin and chicken/ veg stock. Once the soup comes to a boil, cover and simmer on low for 15 minutes. Check seasoning then add elbow macaroni, stir every few minutes until macaroni is cooked. Finally, add cannelini beans and savoy cabbage and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Garnish with chopped chives and serve.
