INGREDIENTS
20 Supreme Dried Chillies
15 cloves of garlic, peeled
¼ cup water
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp vinegar
Salt to taste
METHOD
Soak Chillies in warm water for 30 minutes, then drain. In blender add chillies, garlic, sugar, vinegar and salt, and blend until smooth. Pour chutney in a jar and store in the refrigerator. Chutney can be frozen in small batches for later use.
