INGREDIENTS
Pistachio Crusted Cheese Ball
450g soft cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
250g grated red leicester cheese
2 spring onions (green parts) finely chopped
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
½ tsp Supreme Garlic Powder
½ tsp Supreme onion powder
1 tbsp Supreme Chilli Flakes
Salt to taste
1 cup Supreme Pistachios, roughly chopped
METHOD
In a large bowl mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, grated red Leicester cheese, chopped spring onions, worcestershire sauce, coarse black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chilli flakes and salt. Line a cereal bowl with generous amount of cling film then tip in the cheese mix. Smooth the top and cover with cling film and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator and remove the top cling film. Tip the onto a platter/ cheese board and gently remove the bowl then the cling film (smooth out cheese ball using a spoon if necessary) crust the cheese ball with chopped pistachios and serve with crackers, bread sticks, honey, olives, Supreme luxury Fruit &Nut Mix, grapes, dried apricots, figs, salami etc. Serve with crackers, water biscuits, bread sticks, honey, olives, Supreme Luxury Fruit & Nut Mix, grapes, dried apricots, figs, cold cuts etc.
