Breaded Tandoori Chicken Strips

INGREDIENTS

700g chicken breast, cut into 3-4 inch strips
4 tbsp oil
1 tbsp Supreme Ginger Garlic Paste
¼ cup Supreme Tandoori Masala
1-2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
Salt to taste
Eggs, beaten
Supreme Breadcrumbs

METHOD

In a bowl, mix together oil, ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, green chillies and salt. Add chicken strips and mix well. Marinate in the refrigerator for overnight or a minimum of 4 hours. Remove marinated chicken from the refrigerator and thread the chicken through a wooden skewer. Dip in beaten eggs and then coat in breadcrumbs. Repeat with remaining chicken. Chicken skewers can be frozen at this point. To cook; shallow fry in hot oil until golden and chicken is cooked through.

Note: skewers are optional, feel free to exclude them.
