Chaat Salad

Ingredients:
Chickpeas:
2 Supreme Chickpeas Tin- drained 
2 tbsp Supreme Chaat Masala 
2 tbsp oil

Dressing: 
1 ½ cup yogurt 
½ cup milk 
1 tbsp sugar 
1 tbsp Supreme Chaat Masala

Other ingredients:
1 flat lettuce- finely sliced
1 medium red onion- finely chopped 
1 large tomato- finely chopped 
½ cup pomegranate seeds
⅓ cup finely chopped coriander 
½ cup tamarind sauce 

Method:
Chickpeas: Preheat the oven at 180°c.
Add chickpeas, chaat masala and oil into a bowl. Mix well then transfer the chickpeas to a lined baking tray. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until crispy. 

Dressing: Add all the ingredients for dressing into a bowl and whisk until smooth. 

Assemble the salad: Add and spread the dressing onto a large platter. Then add the lettuce, baked chickpeas, tomatoes, red onions, tamarind sauce, coriander and lastly pomegranate seeds.

Serve immediately.
