Ingredients:
250g chicken breast, cut into small pieces
1 tbsp oil
3 tbsp Supreme Peri Peri Seasoning
⅓ cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp chilli sauce
4 frozen paratha, cooked
Sliced lettuce
Chopped coriander
Chopped red onions
Chopped cucumber
Sliced red chillies
Method:
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and peri peri seasoning. Stir well and cook until the chicken is fully cooked through and excess moisture has evaporated. Turn the heat down to low then add mayonnaise and chilli sauce. Stir well and serve on paratha with lettuce, red onions, cucumber, red chillies and coriander.
