Ingredients:
For the chicken:
10 small chicken fillets
¼ cup oil
2 tbsp Supreme Tandoori Masala
1 tsp Supreme Ginger Garlic Paste
3 tbsp yogurt
Salt to taste
Pinch of Supreme Red food Colouring (optional)
Other ingredients:
10 mini brioche buns, toasted
Lettuce
Sliced red onions
Sliced cucumbers
Sliced cheese
Mint chutney
Chilli sauce
Method:
Marinate the chicken: add oil, tandoori masala, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, salt and pinch of red food colour. Mix well to combine then add in the chicken fillets. Mix well so the chicken fillets are coated well in the marinade. Cover and marinate in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
Preheat the oven at 180°c. Place the marinated chicken fillets on a lined baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from the oven and drain any excess cooking juices. Then top with cheese slices and place the tray back in the oven until the cheese has melted.
Spread mint chutney on the bottom bun then add lettuce, sliced red onions, chicken fillets and sliced cucumber. Spread chilli sauce on the top bun then place on top. Secure with a cocktail stick and repeat with remaining sliders.
