Chicken Nimbali



600g chicken breast, cut into short strips

2 tbsp oil

1 tbsp Supreme Garlic Paste 

2 green chilies, finely minced

1 tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper

Salt to taste

2 tbsp Supreme Onion Powder

1 tbsp Supreme Garlic Powder

1 chicken Stock Cube

½ tsp Supreme Cumin Powder

½ tsp Supreme Coriander Powder

1 tsp Supreme White Pepper Powder

100g butter

½ cup plain flour

3 cups milk

400g grated mozzarella


Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add chicken, garlic paste, green chillies, black pepper and salt. Stir well and cook until the chicken is fully cooked. Add onion powder, garlic powder, stock cube, cumin powder, coriander powder, white pepper powder and butter. Stir and cook until the butter melts. Stir in plain flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Now whisk in a little of the milk at a time whilst stirring continuously until you have a smooth, slightly thick sauce. Check for seasoning then pour the mix into an ovenproof dish. Top with grated mozzarella and place under a hot grill until the cheese has melted. Serve with a side of roasted vegetables and garlic bread.
