Hot Dogs with Relish




2 tbsp oil
200g finely sliced white cabbage
250g finely sliced white onions
230g finely sliced mixed coloured peppers
Salt to taste
½ tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
1 tbsp Supreme Onion Powder
1 tbsp Supreme Garlic Powder
1 tsp Supreme Chilli Flakes
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp mustard
⅓ cup ketchup
¼ cup mayonnaise
Hot dog buns
Your favourite sausages
Sliced spring onions


Cook the Sausages. In the meantime heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add cabbage, onions and mixed peppers and saute until soft. Add salt, coarse black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and chilli flakes. Mix well then stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ketchup and mayonnaise. Turn the heat down to low and cook for about 10 minutes or until relish thickens. Stuff hot dog buns with sausages, top with relish and garnish with sliced spring onions. Serve immediately.
