
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Supreme Mango PulpÂ
1 cup Supreme Coconut MilkÂ
6 tbsp chia seedsÂ
Mint leavesÂ
Topping:Â
2 tbsp Supreme dessicated coconutÂ
2 tbsp Supreme Flaked AlmondsÂ
2 tbsp Supreme sunflower seedsÂ
METHOD
In a bowl mix together mango pulp, coconut milk and chia seeds. Cover and store in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours. Add the ingredients for the topping in a frying pan and lightly toast until golden. Serve into individual portions and sprinkle over the topping and garnish with mint leaves.
