Purple Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients: 

1kg purple sweet potato- cut into fries 

⅓ cup oil 

1 tbsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper 

1 tbsp Supreme Onion Powder 

1 tbsp Supreme Garlic Powder 

Salt to taste 

Method: 

Preheat the oven at 220g°c. 

Add the cut sweet potatoes to a large mixing bowl. Pour over oil and seasoning and toss until well combined. Add the sweet potatoes to a large baking tray and arrange in a single layer. 

Bake for 30-35 minutes, tossing them every 10 minutes until crisp and golden. Serve hot with mango peri peri sauce.
