
Ingredients:Â
1 cup sago seedsÂ
1 Supreme Mango Pulp Tin
1 410g evaporated milk tinÂ
1 397g condensed milk tinÂ
1 800g fruit cocktail tin including juice/syrupÂ
Method:Â
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Once it comes to a rolling boil add the sago seeds. Stir well and boil until sago seeds are completely transparent and cooked through (about 25 minutes). Drain, rinse in cold water, then soak in a bowl of cold water and set aside.Â
(Drain sago seeds just before adding to remaining ingredients).Â
Add mango pulp, evaporated milk, condensed milk, fruit cocktail including juice/syrup and sago seeds. Mix well and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving. Best served chilled. Â
