Ingredients:
400g fish pie mix or fish cut into chunks
1 cup Supreme Lemon Pepper or Original Chicken Fry Mix
2 eggs, whisked
Oil, to deep fry
Tartar sauce
Chopped parsley
Small lemon wedges
Method:
Add chicken fry mix and whisked eggs into separate shallow dishes. Ensure the fish is dry then dip and coat in the chicken fry mix then whisked egg and again in the chicken fry mix. Repeat with remaining fish.
Heat enough oil to deep fry over medium-high heat. Once heated, gently add the coated pieces of fish into the oil. Fry in batches until golden on all sides and the fish is cooked through. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges and serve with tartar sauce.
