Ingredients:
1 Mild/Hot Supreme Patra Tin- chopped
1 large onion- chopped
¼ cup coriander leaves- finely chopped
2 green chillies- finely chopped
2 tsp Supreme Coriander Seeds- lightly crushed
1 tsp Supreme Cumin Powder
½ tsp Supreme Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Supreme Chilli Powder
salt to taste
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp Supreme Ginger Garlic Paste
1 cup Supreme Gram Flour
1 cup water
oil to deep fry
Method:
Add patra, onions, coriander leaves, green chillies, coriander seeds, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, baking powder, ginger garlic paste and gram flour into a large mixing bowl. Mix together until well combined then slowly add the water and mix to make a thick batter. Heat enough oil into a pot to deep fry over medium-high heat. Once the oil is heated gently add in heaped teaspoonfuls of batter and fry until golden and cooked through. Drain on kitchen paper and repeat with remaining batter. Serve hot with chutneys.
