Ingredients:
1 mild/ hot Patra tin- cut into 1 cm slices 
¼ cup oil 
1 tbsp Supreme Mustard Seeds
20 curry leaves 
chopped coriander 
shredded coconut (optional) 
Method: 
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Once heated, add mustard seeds and cook until they start to splutter. Add curry leaves and cook for another minute. Now add the sliced patra and fry both sides until golden. Remove from the pan and garnish with chopped coriander and shredded coconut.
