Nihari

Nihari is a meat stew that is believed to have originated in India during the reign of the Mughals. A tasty, mouthwatering dish, our nihari includes a vast range of our spices slow-cooked until fall apart tender.

Lahmacun

Lahmacun is a traditional Middle Eastern flatbread that is also known as Turkish pizza. We’ve topped our version with beef mince, spices and sliced red onions mixed with chopped parsley, lemon juice and sumac.
