Ingredients:
1 cucumber, sliced
1 medium red onion sliced
¼ cup chopped coriander
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp oil
½ tsp Supreme Panch Puram
½ – 1 tsp green chillies- finely chopped
1 tsp Supreme Garlic Paste
Salt to taste
½ tsp sugar
Method:
Add cucumber, red onions, coriander, greek yogurt, salt to taste and sugar into a large jar.
Prepare the tadka: heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add panch puram and once it starts to sizzle add green chillies and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes then pour the tadka over the ingredients in the jar. Close the jar and shake thoroughly. Tip the salad out into a bowl and serve.
