Dry Rub Lamb Chops

INGREDIENTS

16 lamb chops
1 tbsp Supreme Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Supreme Onion Powder
1 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Supreme Paprika Powder
1 Tbsp Supreme Mustard Powder
1 tbsp Supreme Chilli Flakes
1 tbsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
1 tbsp Oregano
2 tbsp Brown Sugar

METHOD

In a bowl, mix together: onion powder, garlic powder, salt, paprika powder, mustard powder, chilli flakes, coarse black pepper, oregano and brown sugar. Sprinkle some of the dry rub on both sides of the chops and Cook on the grill of a preheated barbecue for 3 to 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare or to desired doneness.
